- Entry to the event is by ticket only.
- Tickets can be purchased on our website.
- Average concert duration is 1 hour 20 minutes without intermission.
- Arrival and ticket check begins 45 minutes before the event starts. Tickets must be presented in printed or electronic format. We recommend arriving early to take your seat.
- Audience members must take seats according to their purchased tickets.
- Latecomers may take seats only during applause and indicated by the concert administrator.
- Our concerts are intended for all interested parties, including children. For evening concerts starting at 9:00 PM or later, children aged 7 and above are admitted. If a child begins to cry or otherwise disturbs other audience members, you must move with them to an adjacent room or leave the concert before it ends.
- The event takes place in a church during times when there are no services, and all interested parties are warmly invited (regardless of religious affiliation or beliefs). Here, as in other public spaces, certain rules apply:
- Pets are prohibited inside the church, as well as food, drinks, and other inappropriate (flammable, sharp) objects.
- Audience members under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants are not permitted to attend events.
- Entry to the altar area and beyond church barriers is prohibited.
- Concert attendees are not required to follow a strict dress code, however musicians will feel much more comfortable if audience members arrive in festive attire.
- When choosing your attire, please note that it may be cool inside the church.
- Photography and video recording during the concert are permitted without using flash.
- Please turn off your mobile phone and do not talk during the concert.
- During the concert, theatrical fog and stage light may be used.
Biļetes jāiegādājas katram skatītājam, kurš vecāks par 5 gadiem.
Bērniem līdz 5 gadu vecumam atsevišķa biļete nav nepieciešama, ja bērns neaizņem atsevišķu sēdvietu.
Pasākuma laikā iespējama foto un video uzņemšana. Iegādājoties biļeti, pasākuma apmeklētājs piekrīt fotografēšanai, video un/vai audio ierakstīšanai, kurā viņš var tikt filmēts un fotografēts kā pasākuma apmeklētājs. Uzņemto materiālu pēc tam var izmantot jebkurā veidā, t.sk. komerciālos nolūkos, bez apmeklētāja piekrišanas.
Biļetes var atgriezt ne vēlāk kā 72 stundas pirms pasākuma sākuma (par naudas atgriešanu var tikt piemērota bankas transakcijas komisijas maksa no biļešu operatora). Mazāk kā 72 stundas pirms pasākuma sākuma organizatoram ir tiesības atteikties atgriezt biļetes. Biļetes nevar apmainīt pret koncertu citā datumā.
Pasākuma pārcelšanas/atcelšanas gadījumā Pircējam tiks piedāvāta biļetes nominālvērtības atmaksa vai biļešu maiņa uz citu pasākuma datumu. Naudas atmaksas gadījumā Pircēja veiktais maksājums par biļetēm tiek atmaksāts ne vēlāk kā 10 (desmit) darba dienu laikā pēc paziņojuma par koncerta atcelšanu.
